4. Terms of Service

1. About us. This store is operated by MT MARTS LIMITED (Company No. 17510533), registered office as above.
2. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods and send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example due to stock issues or pricing errors, and will refund any payment taken.
3. Prices. Prices are in GBP and [include / exclude] VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
4. Payment. We accept [payment methods]. Payment is taken at checkout.
5. Product information. We try to display products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen.
6. Your legal rights. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
7. Liability. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the goods ordered.
