Who we are. MT MARTS LIMITED (Company No. 17510533), Office 21561, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, is the data controller. Contact: mtariq00@mtmarts.co.uk.
What we collect. Name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, order details, and technical data (IP address, device, browser, pages visited). We do not store full card details; payments are processed by [Shopify Payments / PayPal / other].
Why we use it (lawful basis).
- To fulfil your order and provide customer service (contract).
- To meet legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).
- To send marketing emails, only where you have opted in (consent).
- To improve our store and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
Who we share it with. Shopify (our platform), payment providers, couriers, [Google Analytics, Meta, Klaviyo/Mailchimp], and accountants or legal advisers where needed. Some providers may process data outside the UK; we use providers with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it. Order and accounting records for 6 years; marketing data until you unsubscribe; other data only as long as necessary.
