Your right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. We offer an extended return window of 30 days from delivery.

How to return. Email mtariq00@mtmarts.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Return costs. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for items until they reach us.

Refunds. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of receiving proof that you have sent them). Refunds go to your original payment method. We refund the standard delivery cost if you cancel the whole order within 14 days.

Faulty or incorrect items. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including return postage at our cost.

Items we cannot accept back. Items damaged by misuse, used items, and items not in resaleable condition (this does not affect your rights for faulty goods).
